The context
The starting point
A young independent studio from Nantes releases its game on several platforms at once. Its challenge: to stand out against big productions and make players want to discover its universe.
Promenade is a collectathon inspired by cult platform games, while carving out a visual identity of its own: an original hero with real mascot potential, a rich and colourful world and art direction, and accessible gameplay. It speaks both to younger players enjoying it with their families and to seasoned gamers looking for a challenge.

The approach
Our approach
We put the audience experience at the heart of the launch. Our 360° activation combined influence, media relations and in-person events, with immersive, playful and emotional communication. Storytelling, collectors’ items and highlights on the ground turned the release into a true pop culture moment, and the community into ambassadors for the game.
The goal: build desirability around the game’s world by combining storytelling, collector’s items and IRL highlights, to strengthen community engagement. Our influencers received press kits we designed with the studio, filled with game-themed goodies, which generated striking and engaging content.
We also organised launch events in several cities, attended by members of the development team, to meet players, present the game and share the story behind the project. It was also a chance for the team to sign the first physical copies of the game, sold on site.
